- We provide online therapy and tutoring for children with autism and related
developmental needs.
- All services are subject to availability and professional discretion.
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or change therapist service with a prior
notice.
2. Eligibility
- Our services are intended for parents/guardians seeking support for children.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Sessions are booked online and must be prepaid.
- You agree to provide accurate information during booking.
- Booking confirmation will be shared via email / what’s app.
- MAT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen
circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.
4. Session Conduct
- Sessions are conducted by qualified professionals.
- You or an approved adult must be available if required for child supervision.
- We reserve the right to terminate a session for inappropriate behaviour or policy
violations.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content (videos, therapy material, guides) is owned by My Autism Tutor and may
not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the
service fee paid for the specific session.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be handled in
courts of Jurisdiction of Lucknow.
